I set my tagging settings to: "Review posts friends tag you in before they appear on your timeline". If someone tags me in a photo, will it show up onto my friends news feed?
If it does, how do I stop it?

No It Will Not Until you Approve the Tag So if you Dont Approve the Tag and Remove it Than it Wont Show up On There News Feed

It will not show up. Not until you approve it in which case it will then show up.
