Phone or Computer?
If it's on the phone,
Andriod: Log in first, and then there will be a button that looks like the instagram icon. You press that, and it will prompt you to either take a photo or to select a photo from your gallery. Do that, edit it, and submit it.
iPhone: Ditto to above
Computer: Sadly, you have to download outside sources to do this. Use this: http://gramblr.com/uploader/
