Is there a way to delete all of the male friends I have on facebook all in one? or even just get them to show up on their own without having to go all the way through my friendlist?

Not that I know of. Easiest way is to just make a new facebook and dont add any guys?

okay, so open Mozila Firefox. Go to add ons. Search for GreaseMonkey add on. Download and install it. Restart Firefox.
Go to Facebook. Open your profile page. Go to friends tab.
There you will see little boxes beside the friends name. Select all male friends. Now scroll back upwards. There you will see a tab "delete selected friends". You are done.
