I don't want to delete it but hide it and if I were to come back to it in the future how would I reopen it like to look at it? (don't mean to sound creepy im just a lil sentimental lol... )

i think there is no way to hide conversation but you can move your conversation in other folder or archived etc.

copy it, paste it in ur own new document (secret one). & then delete the conversation from the net! this way, no one can read it except u & it'll be there wid u forever!
