You can't get in trouble for making a fake facebook the only way you would get in trouble is if you get caught by the teacher.

I think you should get in "trouble" just for even thinking of doing it.
I don't care how big of an a** you think someone is, you shouldn't make her into a joke/make fun of her, that's just wrong.
Honestly, I think you're an a** for wanting to do this, but I'm not going to go find out everything about you and then make a FB page hating on you.
PS, usually the "a******" teachers are the best ones. Everyone probably hates her because she either demands respect, unfortunately unlike so many teachers these days, or she actually makes you do work. You go to school to learn, not to make fun of people.

yes, you absolutely can get in trouble for it
especially if it gets reported to the police - the police can ask facebook to track you down, and you can be arrested

Nope, somebody had created a fake profile and uploaded a foto of an actress. I reported to Facebook, and FB replied saying that its not fake, since the foto was not of the actual person, though the name is.
