Surprise I just discovered facebook, I know you might ask yourself were I was living under a rock .? no but I was busy with this thing called LIFE, anyhow I want to open a facebook account for business and after a few hours I finally succeed, now I wanted to select my own URL but it won't work I tried to confirm a few different phone numbers but I won't receive no text or call.
do facebook even have support ?
what's next ? do I wait for someone to contact me or how that works ?

I myself haven't come across facebook support or costumer support although I applied for them. There is a support panel where volunteers answer you. follow this link and ask for help:
