change your passwords regularly.

Change your password a lot and don't click on anything that doesn't look legit. If several people are posting the same ad or story, don't click it. They've probably been hacked.

Create passwords that are at least 12 characters long and contain lower-case letters, Upper-case-letters, numbers AND special characters. It should be a random variety of these things without meaning. Also change the password regularly.

go to the privacy setting and put a security code connected to your mobile number. anytime you sign in into a new browser or from another device it asks a code that they will send through your phone.
