why is my fb not deleting is because i'm loging in to my new account whilst waiting the 14 days for old 1 to go.

Go to your old Facebook and delete everything you can, remove all photos and stuff like that.
Then carry out the delete account function

Well u deactived ur Facebook account. to Permanently delete your Facebook acount go to http://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account/
