I created a 'secret' facebook group for my clients. One of my clients posted to the secret group page but her post ended up on my regular facebook page and on the group page. Is there any way that we can keep the posts private or just on the secret facebook group page??

Only you will be able to see the post on your regular facebook, unless its on your facebook profile page. So it is just on the private group, its just you can see the post without going on to the group.

If it Ended up on your Regular Page Its Because you Were Tagged in it When That happens It Gets Posted to your Page The Only Way to Prevent that From Happening is to Not Be Tagged in Posts
