So this app will give you thousands of likes on your photo in Instagram.

I e-mail the developer of 1000likes. I basically ask him why the app stop working and this was his response.
Hello,
1000Likes is facing unprecedented problems. Instagram is preventing us from communicating with their servers properly, and until we find a solution to that, we had to temporarily stop the service. We are in touch with Instagram and we expect to be back online better than before as soon as possible.
Do know that your pro account (if you bought it) and all the coins you earned or bought will stay there, safely stored, so you'll be able to use them again as soon as we are back on track. But you'll have to bear with us for the time being.
We're very very sorry about this! We'll let you know as soon as things are back to normal.
