Unfriend them. Block them. Don't ever look at anything they post ever again.
Face it, people are idiots on things like Facebook. They say things they would never say in a normal world because they have no sense of the hurt they are doing with the things they say.

Delete your FB account, and go outside

You have several choices. You can choose the report abuse option to report particular posts. You can remove the person as a friend. Or block the person so that they can't find you on facebook.

Unfriend them and block them, and also report them.
