Okay, so I've had my twitter account for a good while now and gained a nice few thousand followers and whatever, but every time I seem to try and put my phone number on there or I try and log in through another device I remember I can't.
Stupidly enough, I didn't verify my email for my account (which I know, but pathetic and dumb) but I was hoping anyone knew how to help me get a way on how to reset my password?
Baring in mind I don't know any email or password I've used. Thank you.

you cant recover it if you dont know your password or email.
