Use tags for likes app,put the tags In your picture,but don't put the tags on pictures of you because people you don't know can get quick view of a picture of you and they could do whatever they want with it.maybe a pic of a sunset or something.also go account surfing and find accounts that follow back and follow them.ask people to give you shoutouts as much as possible.
