I joined instatrain for instagram and gained about 500 followers from it so now i have 659 followers but am following 786. I already tried unfollowing people but instatrain knew and gave me my "first and final warning" so i want to know if there is a way to unfollow people without instatrain knowing.

I dont think there is a possibility for that. Just wait until you get enough followers and then unfollow those who you want to unfollow.
