how do I make a timeline picture a profile picture? - APPLE.CHEESE.RUBARB.PIE - 01-08-2014 07:50 PM
I have a picture on my timeline that I want to turn into my profile picture but because it is not in my photos folder the option doesn't come up. Is there any way to turn it into my profile picture or move it to my photos folder so I can do that?

If you are tagged into other's photo then you can make it your profile pic, you'll definitely find this option.
But you'll not able to make it a cover photo.
For this you need to download that pic and then upload the same into your profile/album, now you can set it either profile or cover photo.

click your picture and make profile picture .

Right click on it (windows), copy it, paste it into your photo album on your pc/phone, then upload it as normal.

If you Added the Photo to your Timeline Than Click on it than Go to Options on the Bottom than Click on Set as Profile Picture
if its a Photo That you Were Tagged on On Someone Elses Page Than you Have to Save the Photo to your Computer Or Phone And Than Upload it Onto your Facebook Account Than Set it as a Profile Picture
