I have a few photos I'm tagged in on facebook that I want most of my friends to see, but not some (professors and parents). Can I block a photo from being viewed by a specific group of friends that I created? I don't want to have to block ALL tagged photos for a specific group.

Yes you can do that. Open the photo , change the privacy to custom and select those one whom you dont want to show.

you must block the person that sent the pictures to be able to block them
