Can you get in trouble for doing this on Facebook? - Luckyfruit575 - 01-09-2014 01:49 AM

My brother (18 years old) recently created a "troll" Facebook account, and apparently he added some girl and sent her a picture of his junk, and she didn't like it...

Anyways, he told me about this and I freaked out and told him he could get in trouble, so we wrote an apology to the girl, but she unfriended him and he couldn't send the message. So we deleted his account, but now what? He doesn't seem to worried about it, but I'm freaking out. Can he get in any trouble for this?

yes your brother can get in trouble if she complaints to police.
but most people don't.
if she doesn't know your brother's name he'll be hopefully safe.
relax.
even police are more concerned about real life crimes like rapes and murders.
but again it's not a good idea to harass someone like that.

and the bro talk:
there is 'a way' of doing these things, then the same things become fun. she un-friended him [may be] because no girl wants to be labelled "easy".
