I recently started a page on a crowd funding site and I really want to get the word out so I can get donations. I'm thinking of making a Facebook page about something that will get likes fast and then I will post the link to my crowd funding page any suggestions on facebook page themes?

Depends, what is your crowd funding page about? People will tend to go to that too if the facebook page is of similar content.

To get likes, you might need to use the power of social media. Ask your friends to share your page so that more people can see it. Try to make your Facebook page interesting and colourful, definitely not dull and boring. Most importantly, you must earn the vote of people to get likes. That you can only do yourself. This means that your only way to connect with them is via their News Feeds — by way of well crafted and planned status updates.
