You deleted the application. You must go back to the AppStore application, and either go to the "Purchased" section on the bottom and find Facebook, or just search and find Facebook again. Click the install button to install the app again.

You have to go to the app store and download it again. It's not only the ''icon'' it's the app itself, so you deleted the whole thing from your phone.

Just go back into the appstore, search on facebook, then reinstall it.
