Every time I like a page, or like a status that a page has put on, or I comment on a pages status, it shows up on my newsfeed and it's really annoying me because I don't want my friends to see what I'm liking or commenting on :/ how do I stop this?

You have to go to privacy setting at there you will find the option and select the ONLY ME option.

Click on the button you log out with and select Privacy settings.
Then select Notifications. Change what you want.
Also go through the Security, Privacy and Timeline and Tagging as well.

You Can Not Stop This The Only Thing you Can Do is Restrict Certain people From Seeing it By Adding Them to the Restricted List

Go to your privacy settings and change to only me settings.
