I go to someone's Instagram and I click the blue button but it doesn't allow me to follow, it's like they blocked but but they couldn't have because I tried following lots of people and it still hasn't worked, I'm only following 200+ users so it can't be the 75k policy. If I go to Instagram on the Internet it allows me to follow others but just not on the app, I've tried it both on my ipad and iphone
I can't follow but I can unfollow. It can't be the one hour limit because its been 10 hours since I've followed anyone

That's what my instagram does leave it for 10minutes its just having a hissy fit lol
