I was just given an iPhone 3g I'm new to it I did manage to jailbreak it I've looked up almost everything and can't find anything that will work please help with detailed instructions or video. Thank you

what i did was synced my iphone with itunes ,and if you have apps you can sync them to it, but other than that i have no idea

You can use Free Mobile Helper to download free apps, music and wallpaper.
