I've seen an account that had one picture and 12k followers! Anyways.. I have an Instagram account nailpolished_ that shows my nail art.. I just started it but I only have four followers, I use hashtags so what else can I do? And how can I get big account to give me a shoutout?

Keep using the hashtags but also link your profile to twitter and facebook
