Go to setting on FB and It should say somewhere change account to private public etc...

Yeah, there's a Facebook setting, depending who you want to see you're post, and there should also be a setting while you're posting it.

Set your Posts to Private And Change your Posts to Me Only And Set your Notes and Photos to Friends Only

Go to your privacy settings and change your settings to "friends only".
