i have an android phone but it won't let me download it. but i have it downloaded on my computer i just need to have an account to sign in with and i can't find anywhere to make me an account online.

Do you have a Play store and if you do, type in instagram. Next, click on that and click download and then there you have it!

I think you have to make the account on your iphone or what not. Sorry.
