I want to know it is written in facebook terms that you may only creat one personal account,i want to know i have my website and and it is business type.personal account means an account for all types.or it means just for personal gains like as friendship etc,I mean may i creat another account for business type??? i am no english language man so i am asking this because english man can answere correctly

FB rule is one person, one personal account, but with that one personal account you may create several Pages and/or Groups.
See Help in FB, it's under the cog icon on top right.
