other stuff you can do

local directory submission

youtube video creation

other video campaign

podcast

The charge depends on the amount of work. If you are new, 10~15 dollar per house is ok

Many people start using a White label SEO program to manage their own SEO company

If this is to be a business offering social media services to people I would suggest that you do it for local and small businesses.
You should offer to set up and manage their twitter account, send out their tweets and grow their following.
You should offer to set up their Facebook Account and at least one Facebook page, complete with optins, QR codes etc.
You should certainly get them on Google+Local, so they can be found.
You could set up an autoresponder service for them so that they can collect customers details and mail them offers.
You could build or do some SEO on their website.
You could build them a Mobile website and set up an SMS campaign.
A Pinternet presence and now an Instagram presence are also becoming essential.
Depending on how many of these you can sell and the size of the business depends on the fees.
But they could be anything from $99 to $5000 for setting up and from $99 to $500 a month for maintaining.
