Whenever we comment or add a picture on a page or group it would show in our friends wall, my question is how do I stop it from appearing from my friends wall ?

Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do. It bothers me as well. The only way is for your friends to remove that option by hovering over your name, hover over "Friends" and go into "Settings" and removing the check marks beside "Comments and Likes".
