How does Facebook pick the friends on someones profile that you are not friends with.
meaning if you view someones profile you are not friends with. how does it pick the top friends they are friends with

If you mean, how does facebook recommend friends, it's by your age and who you are friends with. Facebook will hook you up to your friends' friends and other people your age.
