I know I could send a message to Mark Zuckerberg, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea. I'd like an advice about this one, too.

There was an Option to do that for 100$ I think it is Shelved now!

That is not possible at this time. The only want to contact facebook is through the help center. Depending on the issue, a facebook customer service rep may respond to your email.

You cant Send Mark Zuckerberg A Message you Can However Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Write to Facebook
They Wont Write Back Tho Unless They Need More Info About a Error Report

Currently, you can write to Facebook via the "Report A Problem" link in the "Settings" pull-down.
(That's the "gear" icon in the upper right corner of the Facebook window - same one you use for logout.)
The resulting dialog box gives you three choices:
"Send Feedback" "Report a Problem" "Report Abuse, Spam or Policy Violations."
Don't expect an answer, but at least you can share your views.
