You should probably ask the question with more detail but, as long as you're the only one with access to your account, you're the only one that can see your messages. Remember to log off when you get off the computer or if you're using someone else personal device.

Then why would you even post them? Write them on paper and stick them between your mattress.

If you mean statuses, put the category into private. If you are talking about messages from other people just don't answer them or unfriend everyone so no one will give you messages.
