There is no site dear for such a purpose. you need to expand your activities on twitter this thing make you followers more and more.

go crazy and tweet controversly .,.alwz contradict opinions of politicians, celebs or other famous pesonalities u wil get many followers.....means make ur own stand in social networking

I don't know if this helps but if you are looking to be more popular on social networks and gain more followers/views/likes etc.etc. you can try to order some from social promotions websites.Then the real ones will start to rise!
