Noone is interested in your update that you just went to the bathroom.
Chill and reboot your computer. Then try to post again when you have something more important to say

Log off facebook. Go outside and get some fresh air. Take a walk, ride a bike ask a elderly neighbor if they would like some help raking leaves or taking the trash outside. Go back inside and log back into facebook. Delete facebook account and now you have found life again.
