I have an account and I was sending a message to one and
he blocked me from accessing to his page
please can i bypass it even for only one time only
i just want to reply another message only

Once somebodys blocked you, you cant visit there account unless they unblock you

No that would defeat the purpose of blocking some one. If you know his eMail you might try that. If you try TOO HARD to contact someone that doesn't want to be contacted, you are getting close to cyber stalking. Be careful in that regard, remember he blocked you.

Obviously, this person doesn't want to hear what you have to say, so he blocked you. You cannot unblock yourself.
If you insist on bothering this person after he's made it clear that he does not want to be bothered by you, he can report you to Facebook and your account can be deleted. Don't try contacting him under another account because that can be considered as stalking.
Let it go.
