I've even tried doing it on the Instagram website online and still doesn't work!!!! I've tried everything! I've deleted the app, I've switched my phone off, I've logged in and out! Nothing is working! This has been going on for two days now and it's really annoying me! What can I do?

If its not Letting you Follow People its Because you May Have Been Aggressive Following and unfollowing When That Happens Instagram Blocks you From Doing Both Of Those Things
your Gonna Have to Wait Til Instagram Releases you From the Block
