If you have RealPlayer, you could use that by running the video and hovering your curser over it to launch the RP downloader tab (providing you have the rights to download of course).

You just need a media grabber (as in something that will download streaming video). I do it through the torch browser, which is also good for torrent files: http://www.torchbrowser.com/
