Hey, basically I added someone on Facebook and she doesn't have any mutual friends but I don't want her posts on my wall to appear on the news feed for all of my other friends to see. How do I stop this from happening ??

Make her restricted.

You Cant The Only Thing you Can Do Is Either Turn off your Wall or Add Some People to the Restricted List And They Wont See your Posts on your News Feed No Way to Turn it Off For Everybody
