Ok so my neighbors are Hispanic and every once or twice a week there are a bunch of young boys and girls atleast 8-18 go there and families and stuff. And it's so weird because last time I saw them doing this ceremony cult type thing and its creepy as crap.

there 1 of two things there doing with these minors, rapeing or killing, best option move out or stop being racist steryotype. either works.
