Well with out the email i don't even think it's possible. Try remembering your email, if you still can't remember, create a new account and report your old account to Facebook that you have lost access to it. They will delete it after certain days of inactivity.

You can't change password if you forgot your email address.Try making a new account and contact facebook that you lost your old email address and password and ask them to tell your email address.After several days facebook will reply back about your email address and you may change your password back.

Without Knowing at Least your Email Address your Not Gonna Be Able to Return to your Account

if you cant even remember your own email then there is nothing you can do
