I sent someone a message on fb just now and I was wondering if I deactivate my account or block the person..will they still get the already sent message or will it disappear before they get to read it?

Anything you have sent, it's sent & can be seen & read by the recipient, whatever you do on your side. Exactly the same as you sent an sms/text messaging!
