I had this app with my old iPhone for Instagram. It would show me the most popular hash tags and let me pick up to thirty and it would automatically post those tags with each photo. It was so convenient but I can not remember the name of it! Help please! I pick the best answer

It might've been deleted off of Apple's App Store!!!
