Go to your FB Profile> Find pages that you liked( left side) > Click drop down button > Click edit privacy and choose only me.

in short, you cant, since that's the whole point in using facebook in the first place
instead, add people to your restricted list if you dont want them seeing your activity

Go to your Likes Section Than Click on the Pencil than Click on Edit Privacy And Select Each One And Set them to Me Only That Should Do It
