i hate it so much! i feel like i have a new phone and i want the old one back. My phone is seriously my life and its so diffferent now ! ugh );

Not really once you upgrate no way back.
You can maybe find IOS 6 online some where. Download to computer and then phone.

yes remove the current version you will back previous one if you have not uninstall it.
