I deleted mine via these tips:

You Can Cancel it in 2 Ways
To Cancel it and Possibly Come Back at a later Time
Go to Account Settings Than Go to Security than Deactivate
To Delete it to Never Come Back and Reactivate Go Here

Once you click Delete my Account Do Not Login for 14 Days and it Will Be Deleted
