Okay so ever since they updated facebook, i have gotten notifications about every single thing everyone does and it won't even have anything to do with me. Ill get on and have like 50 notifications and 5 will be for me. How do I stop it?

Go to account settings>> notification and turn off all the notification

Go to your Facebook setting and it should be under notifications
