did you sign up with a correct phone number? there should be instructions to send an SMS to your phone for verification and you can get it back

If your Account Was Disabled you Wont Be Able to Return to your Account Unless you Appeal to Facebook and Win it
If you Forgot your Password or If your Account Got Hacked Hit Forgot Password And Put in your Email Address Than Facebook Will Send you a Password Reset Link To your Email Click on the Link Inside the Email And Change your Password and you Can Get your Facebook Account Back
