You have to look at the person's profile and on the ADD FRIEND button, it will be FRIEND REQUEST SENT.

Go to your profile ==> Activity Log
Here you can see whom you have sent Friend request.
Alternatively make a separate account and add only yourself as a friend and in new account you'll get suggestions in new account of all the peoples whom you have sent friend requests as well as your friends

you can check their profile then you wil see friend request sent instead of add as friend
