So I clicked on a hack because it was a video link saying, "All these people are saying mean things about you" and had a video link on it. I clicked on it and it made me re-log onto my facebook and twitter so now it hacked me and keeps sending the same thing over and over to all my followers, and I need yo figure how to stop it! PLEASE HELP!!!
i know it was stupid of me!! it was from a friend who also clicked on it

Well, a lesson to you, that don't click things that is suspicious on the first place.

The best course of action, is a simple change of password. It would be beneficial if you change it from a clean computer (not your computer). If you can't access your password, reset the password, and answer the verification given by Facebook, usually by answering which friend in this photo, or by sending an email to your inbox.

First of all, reset your password.
Second of all, don't click it ever again.
Delete all the posts of the hack or send out a tweet/post saying "Sorry everyone for the past tweets with the link, it's a spam. If you click on it, you get hacked."

Let this be a lesson learned.
