Facebook broke just on Firefox? - colored_fire - 01-15-2014 05:16 PM

All other websites work except for Firefox.

Facebook DOES work on Explorer, but I don't like using it.

Everything is up to date.. No viruses.

FF 24.0
No.. Definitely not getting Chrome. Absolute garbage last time I used it.

Will check out FF 25, not sure why it hasn't updated already. Odd. Thank you.
I honestly couldn't care less about YouTube, I might use it once or twice a month.

I did try to download the Beta 25 but it tells me FF is already open and to close it before launching beta. FF was already closed, and I can't find Beta anywhere.

I truly did not enjoy Chrome at all. I've only had this issue with FB and a few days ago when images wouldn't load. Suppose I'll have to look at it again. I really like Firefox. It's so simple, clean, and easy to use. Been using it for years. Could hardly use Explorer for a week without viruses, and Chrome we all uninstalled the same day.

Thank you all very much. Going to keep trying.
Ok, I'm on Chrome and FB works.. I really don't like Chrome. Maybe I'm just mostly opposed to change.

It has this HUGE top address bar thing going on. Is Chrome safe? Like, no/few hackers/etc like Firefox? I hope!

Thank you, again, back to my 'reselling job'!

Use Chrome, no one uses explorer and very few people use Firefox anymore.

Download google chrome.

Firefox is slower and uses more memory. There are also tons of glitches such as that one and ones involving youtube.

Get Firefox Beta (version 25), Aurora (or Alpha, version 26), or Nightly (or pre-Alpha/unstable, version 27). Or you could also go with Chrome (stable, beta, dev, or Canary). There is nothing wrong with Chrome; as a Firefox developer, Chrome is technically superior in many ways. Firefox stable hasn't been update to version 25 yet either, and as long as you're on the stable channel you'll get the updates every 6 weeks or so (that's why Firefox hasn't update for you yet). Firefox 25 is launching to stable October 29th, which will push beta to 26, Aurora to 27, and Nightly to 28.
