I generally don't.
I pick my battles, but I've found that a lot of things that people think can't be changed, just require more effort than they are willing to put out.
As far as things that have happened - there's nothing you can do except for try to learn from the experience.

You Just Have to Accept The Fact That Some Things Cant Be Changed you Just Got to Ignore The Things that Cant Be Changed Even if it May Be Hard
